Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Director-Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit director-tech.com or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide when you contact us by phone, email, or through the site (name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message). If you create a customer account to use workspace tools, we also store your name, email address, a hashed password, the account created date, and the time of last sign-in. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, to schedule or manage conversations related to our services, and — if you create an account — to authenticate you and operate the customer workspace.

Accounts

Customer accounts exist so you can use working illustrations such as Estate Snapshot and Written Picture. That identity lives in Director-Tech’s first-party store (email as the unique key) and is kept in a first-party session cookie after you sign in.

Work-account access opens Outlook on the web for the director-tech.com domain. Sign-in uses the organization’s Entra / Microsoft 365 identity at Microsoft. It is a separate plane from customer accounts. This site does not collect a work password on a Director-Tech form. The operator desk — first-party stats for the practice — is also reached from that door and uses its own session cookie. Customer accounts cannot open it.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses essential cookies required for basic function, including a first-party session cookie after you sign in to the customer workspace or the operator desk. Google Analytics 4 also sets its own cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) to count page views and understand which pages are read. We do not add advertising, retargeting, or cross-site marketing pixels. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Third-party services

The site may use standard hosting services that process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Google Analytics 4 is used to count page views and understand which pages are read. Data is processed by Google under Google’s Analytics terms. This property is not linked to Google Ads.

Limited first-party usage measurement is also used to understand site and workspace activity for the operator desk (page counts and tool counts). It does not include names, email addresses, or advertising identifiers, and it is not shown on public pages.
